I love the look of this product and it takes up much less room on the worktop than the side by side Ninja. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, has lots of room and has various useful functions. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is;
- it takes longer to cook things than the side by side did. I’d say maybe an extra 7-12 minutes.
- it doesn’t cook things as evenly and I have to shake/turn/ rearrange items throughout cooking.

Some sharp edges

Had our ninja tower air fryer for a week , it’s very good , trying to use it for most of our meals from snacks to main meals , so far so good . Just a word of warning, whilst cleaning the top of the cooking chambers I badly cut my knuckle on the razor sharp edges of the exhaust ducts .im going to email Ninja to make them aware and take action to prevent injuries in the future

Having already owning and use one of these at my caravan. I decided to purchase another one in the black friday sale, for home. As I find the product an amazing addition to my kitchen & very easy to use. However, delivery was just left on my doorstep, clearly marked of its contents for anyone to take. And when unpackaged, there are several scratches all over the airfryer. Not actually used this one yet, so hoping it works just as well as my other one. Hoping the seller reads all their reviews, as i couln't find any other way to contact them with this feedback.
